A executive of multiple ground-breaking ventures with over 15 years of experience at leading social innovation within private and non-profit organizations. Paulo graduated from University of Coimbra in Business Management and Accounting which followed in University of Aveiro with a Masters Degree in Operation Management and in 2011 completed his executive MBA at AESE/IESE University of Navarra.

In 2009 Paulo made the radical decision to leave the non-profit environment and started his own venture – Planno – for profit. The unique experience in social entrepreneurship has given him leverage to be different in a market place that needs change.

Paulo is passionately interested in sailing and adventure sports and his broad interests span many areas, such as of philosophy, technology and history. He is the driving force behind Planno.

Rui Lopes, a business savvy project manager with 5 years of experience; Rui graduated in 2011 from ISCAL in Lisbon and in 2014 completed his Finance Master's at ISEG.

He's a risk taker and it has allowed him to be involved in many startups, outside and within Planno. Rui has the natural ability to motivate teams to work together. He quickly assumed responsibility for large-scale and complex projects with large budgets. Leads teams to complete all project on time and within budget. Holds Top Secret Clearance. Thrieves on challenges - He's a field hockey player, snowboarder addicted and spear-fisher lover. Cheerful, upbeat, dependable, patient and passionate about making a positive impact on the team. Additionally, he loves to eat and eat and eat.

Technologist, creative and entrepreneur; Nancy has over 15 years of experience running Internet related businesses. She graduated from University of Toronto with a degree in computer science and in 2011 completed an executive MBA from AESE/IESE University of Navarra.

Nancy has served as CEO of a leading digital agency in Portugal during 8 years and has provided the technical leadership that has made the Portuguese pharmacies leap into the 20th century in the past 5 years. She knows what it takes to change a traditional business and making it better by using different business and revenue models.

In addition to her work in technology and business, Nancy is also an active society member where she inspires women, men and organizations to be more diverse, open and supportive in developing a new career pattern.

She is passionately interested in traveling and cooking and has personally organized memorable themed happenings for people she cares about: family and friends.
